I spent 12 months at apartment 512, a very well-maintained apartment. I would like to especially thank Ghislaine Vialette. From the moment I arrived, she was always available to answer my calls and requests, even late at night and on weekends. This is my third rental experience, and the residence, the cleanliness, and the laundry facilities are all top-notch. Finally, I would like to wish Ms. Ghislaine Vialette and the entire team good luck for the start of the new school year and thank them for their warm welcome and support. I would also like to mention that the residence is even more charming because of its location opposite the Paul tram stop, next to the Bellevue market and other shops. I stayed at the residence for a year and I'm sorry to have to leave. My stay here was extremely pleasant and I truly felt at home. Ms. Ghislaine Vialette is very kind, friendly, and attentive. Whenever I had a problem, I let her know and she resolved it very quickly. If I could give it six stars, I would. The residence's location is also very convenient, with plenty of shops, a medical center, and all forms of public transportation nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence.

The room matched the photos and met my needs, but it was a little poorly maintained with some issues with the shower head and the hotplate. Despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was pleasant overall, thanks in large part to the exceptional manager, Ghislaine Vialette. Ghislaine is extremely kind, always ready to help when needed, and very attentive. She is truly the best asset of this residence and made my stay much more enjoyable.
