Apartment in Avenue de Rochetaillée, Saint-Étienne for 45 m² with 1 bedroom, saint-etienne

This was my first residence when I came to Saint Etienne and I absolutely loved this place. The room and furnitures are of very high quality and the manager Samir is very responsible. Totally recommended for students.

Excellent student residence that I recommend without hesitation! I lived there for four years and have very fond memories. The residence is clean, quiet, well-maintained, and of very high quality. A special thank you to Mr. Samir TITEM, who helped and supported me immensely throughout those years. Always available, kind, and attentive, his professionalism and friendliness truly made all the difference. A huge thank you for these four wonderful years!

As a father, I am very pleased that I chose the Gestetud Campus Design residence for my daughter, who lived there for four years. It is a clean, quiet, secure, and very well-maintained residence, which was very reassuring for us as parents. A special thank you to Mr. Samir TITEM, who was always available to answer our questions and support my daughter throughout her stay. His kindness, professionalism, and availability were greatly appreciated. I sincerely recommend this residence and would not hesitate to recommend it to families and students I know.

This is the first residence I've stayed in since coming to France for the first time, and frankly, it's very clean, with very comfortable accommodations. Throughout my entire stay, I never had any problems with heating, electricity, or anything else. The common areas are very well-equipped and always clean. Not to mention the manager, Mr. Samir, who is very responsive, available, and kind. This residence deserves more than 5 stars. The only thing you'll regret when you leave is not finding another residence like this.

I spent two years in this residence. The apartments are clean and well-insulated. It might be a little noisy if you're staying near the common room, but this is more than compensated for by the friendliness and professionalism of Samir, the manager. The option to rent an underground parking space is a huge plus. I highly recommend it.
