Room in 38 Rue Liogier, 42100 Saint-Étienne, France, saint-etienne

In reality, I enjoyed my stay at TC. It was very affordable considering the services provided. It was worth it. Very comfy, serene, a bit of luxury if you ask me. The Site Manager, Faustine, is doing great, and I commend her for that. The home service staff are doing their best. Well done. Nonetheless, I was not satisfied that the TOEM Tax was not clearly explained at the beginning of the contract. Also, the moving-out process was not precisely clear to me, so I spent more than I budgeted. Suggestion: I request that the management consider future international students who speak and understand English more than French, and that the contract should have an English version attached to avoid misunderstandings of the contract.

Very well done accommodation for students though on the expensive side

Great

Very disappointed

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. I have extremely negative memories of this residence. Beyond the accommodation itself, it was primarily the way I was treated that deeply disappointed me. I never felt listened to, respected, or supported when I needed it. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this residence. Certain situations I encountered left me with a feeling of injustice and a profound lack of consideration. I prefer to remain discreet about the details, but I will not forget how things were handled. I strongly advise against this residence for anyone seeking a reputable environment, professional management, and a minimum of respect for its residents. There are certainly better alternatives in Saint-Étienne. For my part, I will never return and I will not recommend it to anyone.
