My child had a very positive experience staying at UXCO student fleep. The residence is modern, clean, very comfortable and secure for students. They were especially impressed by the study rooms which were quiet, well equipped and extremly helpful for focusing on study work. The common areas were also a big advantage, making it easy to meet other students and feel part of the welcoming community. The atmosphere is friendly and international. Overall my child felt very secure, happy and comfortable there and would deinitely recommend this residence to others

I would definitely recommend students or employees to book an apartment at UXCO. The manager, Victor, is incredibly helpful and cooperative. 🙌 Any query or concern is immediately resolved by him, and he’s always there for tenants. Truly the best residence by far. Everything was perfect, and the management team was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The way they treated residents was excellent. Highly recommended!

Hello guys this apartment and the current manager(victor) are very good and in 1.5 years i have not seen any problem with manager or this apartment so i want to tell you for students the apartments are very good and clean (HABIBI come to UXCO)

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. From the start this place has been awful. When I first moved in, in September, one of the old mangers (as there have been two others in my only six month stay ),Sarah assaulted me (she now has a police report against her and was fired) due to lack of competence to be able to take care of her tenants. She was also constantly smelling of alcohol and yelling at other tenants in my presence. As I said, there has also been three different managers since my move-in in September. I was originally supposed to have a studio apartment, but upon my arrival was put into a co-living of six for two weeks. It just so happens one of the other girls in the co-living, was in my same situation and had also booked a studio but was put in a the apartment with six people. In the end, we decided we were going to get a double since after I was assaulted, they gave us the option to live in a co-living of two. Once my former roommate and I moved into our new apartment we waited three weeks for a fridge that worked, having to use one of sized hotel fridges while we waited. we (my roommate and I) have also experienced several difficulties with the building in general. And as I see from other reviews, it is true that we had squatters in our building and no security whatsoever. I had a pike stolen from me under their care due to the neglect to fix the door to the bike shed for over two months when they sent an email to us saying that it would be fixed by the end of the week. When I asked the manager and the owner of the building of UXCO, I was told it was “not their responsibility“, even though they were the ones who are responsible for keeping the building in proper conditions, and making sure all of the locks that are on the doors to the building are kept lock and only tenants with accessible key cards can get in. Around the building and in rooms, there have been several reports of lack of attention to the building and its tenants, as I know from just talking with other people who live in the building. Since I’ve moved in, we’ve had one washer and one dryer broken leaving us with only two for the whole building since September. The Wi-Fi has never worked for me or my former roommate for the entirety of my stay of six months. When I mention this to management, they said it was be taken care of. It never was. This leads me into another point of about two months ago in early December. We got an email telling us that there had been a former electrician/maintenance person on the property using his card to “break in“ to other tenant’s apartments, even though he was no longer working and or living there. which in my eyes is utter lack of responsibility and not making sure to keep tenants in safe and normal conditions. There’s much more I have to say about this accommodation to the point where I could fill a full podcast episode of everything wrong with this building . If you are an international student, please please do not book this accommodation. The building tries to sell you on a fancy gym and a modern style, but it’s an a complete flaky and cheap business along with building. I would never suggest this accommodation to anyone.
