Chambre 1 - CHENOVE C, dijon

+ helpful staff. + student mood. + quiet location but relatively close to center (10mins walk + 5mins by tram). + good cleaning. + rolling blinds at the windows. + small kitchen in the room. + decent wifi (not superfast but stable). - bed was narrow and mattress / pillow very basic. - English is not used at all.

Nice

The residence was clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, and close to buses and shops. The staff were welcoming and professional, with good communication.

I was a tenant for three years and it was my best experience. The agents were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They responded quickly to any issues. The manager was excellent and very responsive. Communication was great, and he was very proactive and offered lots of helpful advice. There were plenty of activities throughout the year. The apartments were very comfortable. I recommend it 1000%! 👍 And thank you again for this memorable stay.

I've been living there for a year now. The rooms are perfect for students, and the common room downstairs is great for relaxing. Plus, the gym has all the equipment you need to work out any muscle group you want. I highly recommend this residence.
