Apartment in Avenue du Drapeau, Dijon for 63 m² with 3 bedrooms, dijon

Very bad experience with this residence and very unpleasant surprise when my deposit was returned. I carried out an inventory of my apartment on the 12th of September 2023. The person in charge of the check in told me that he did the control of the studio before my entering, and I trusted him but the room was very dirty. I said to him but I cleaned myself. At the time of the check out, it was pointed out that a small cleaning will be charged and the substitution of a broom. Once I received my statement of account, I noticed that €238 had been withdrawn from my deposit without even warning me in advance in order to justify it. This is what they communicate after I asked: NETTOYAGE COMPLET 108,33 € REMPLACEMENT POÊLE LUBÉRON ANTI ADHÉSIVE DIAM 24 25,00 € REMPLACEMENT BALAI SOIE 12,50 € FRAIS DE DEPLACEMENT 45,83 € TVA 20% 38,34 € TAXE ORDURE MENAGERE 2023 8,00 € This is unfortunately a very bad practice that seems recurrent. So, be careful for that. Taking more than 100 euros + taxes for cleaning the room of 23 m2 is unacceptable. I find this really unacceptable, so I do not recommend this residence under any circumstances if, like me, you do not want to lose so much money.

Since Mr. El Rhazzal's arrival two years ago, I have been a tenant for four years, and the residence has been transformed considerably. From his attentive presence and the implementation of a badge access control system ensuring the residence's security, to the recent renovation of the gym, the improvements are numerous. Concerned with the well-being of the tenants, Mr. El Rhazzal is always available and strives to maintain a pleasant living environment. I highly recommend this residence.

Hello, I usually tend to praise the services provided, but after reading the number of positive reviews that led us to this residence, I wanted to share our nuanced experience... 24 hours after submitting our application, my wife received a call about the apartment, with a decision to be made within 24 hours. Then I contacted the manager because we don't usually make decisions quickly, and I clearly sensed, and confirmed to my wife, that it was this way or nothing (no viewing possible, and the argument that it was the last apartment available in the residence...). Of course, we didn't give in to the ultimatum. This is our first rental, and with our first child leaving home, parents need reassurance from the university residence. It's an important phase. We submitted a second application to another residence, and the contact was much more supportive and reassuring. This is our experience, but I'm certain it doesn't reflect the overall experience with this residence.

It's a quiet and secure residence where life is good. You can also find Mr. El Rhazzal, the building manager, at reception. Professional and approachable, he readily invites us to small gatherings in the common room (EDF football matches, Halloween, etc.). In short, it's a peaceful yet lively residence where it's easy to connect with wonderful people.

I spent two and a half years at the Drapeau residence, and they were two wonderful years. The residence is very well located, modern, well-equipped, and the apartments are very functional. A special mention goes to the rooftop terrace, where it's lovely to admire the sunset in the evening. I worked with three different residence managers, and I would particularly like to thank Mr. El Rhazzal, who did an excellent job when I experienced water damage in my studio. He guided me through every step of the process and didn't hesitate to escalate the issue to headquarters so that it would be resolved as quickly as possible. Communication with Mr. El Rhazzal is very smooth, and his work is of high quality; I highly recommend him as a residence manager.
