We stayed at the hotel on Schlossstrasse in Koblenz and were delighted. The accommodation was very spacious, with clever room layouts including a whirlpool, and the hosts were easy to contact and friendly.

A very disappointing experience. Zacharias was extremely deceitful and unreliable. During our stay, the toilet clogged several times for no apparent reason. The cause was never properly investigated or resolved. Especially bad: One of us was locked in the bathroom for almost half a day because the door lock was broken. It hadn't been repaired beforehand, even though there was clearly a problem. The lock ultimately broke only because someone tried to get out of the locked bathroom. We were subsequently blamed for this and given a negative review. In direct chat, the host was overly friendly, but then suddenly wrote a massively negative review about us in the Airbnb. This behavior seems dishonest and calculating. It also gives the impression that the many positive reviews are not genuine. Overall, very unprofessional. No insight, no responsibility, just blame-shifting. A clear warning: Beware of this accommodation.

So far everything was good, good contact, didn't stay long, no problems.
