Room in Schleißheimer Str., 80797 München, Germany, munich

Nice dorm with spacious rooms and a great location. The old management used to be slow, but it recently changed; they are now more supportive and work faster. Ms. Laila Achouri-Schulz was especially helpful with my problems during my tenancy and when I was moving out. I'd definitely recommend this place to all students.

Very rude employees. Called Frau Christl Quilling to ask if they have any available rooms. When I asked if she speaks english, she shouted: "NEIN, ICH SPRECHE KEIN ENGLISCH" and hanged up. If you are willing to offer your rooms for international students, you should employ staff that speaks English.

Good location but minimum 1 year waiting list

After a year of tenancy, I can confidently give this house 5 stars. The house is well connected to public transport, and the bicycle storage room with its own parking space makes cycling convenient year-round. I would also like to commend the management's commitment and their proactive approach to addressing the needs of their tenants. In the apartment itself, I particularly appreciate the integrated Wi-Fi, the comfortable desk and chair, and the relatively low maintenance requirements for keeping the apartment clean.

After five years in an apartment in Ingolstadt, I lived in a 30-square-meter Uni Apart apartment in Munich for over two years. Initially, the management of the building in Munich was unsatisfactory. There was no direct contact person on-site. This changed in mid-2023 when a property management company was established in Munich. The apartments are clean, and attention is paid to this upon move-out. Major defects were rectified during a repair campaign in early 2023. The internet speed is excellent, reaching up to 100 Mbps, and the location in Milbertshofen, with a Penny supermarket, the Olympic Park, and the U2 and U3 subway lines all within easy walking distance, is superb. I felt very comfortable there, so I give it 5 stars.
