Room in Nymphenburger Str., 80639 München-Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, Germany, munich

I stayed here for 6 months and had a really good experience. The staff were super nice and always helpful, and the accommodation itself was very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this residence.

The house turned into a garbage hole, everywhere is garbage and things are broken. The community rooms are a complete mess. They fizz don’t even clean after an official party so some tenants who weren’t even there for the party cleaned it up on the next day. Earlier this year they stayed after the party an cleaned it up right away. I don’t even know who works here anymore because the office is always close when I leave at 8.15h and when I come back at 17h.

Nice area to live in Munich, workers there are very nice and welcoming. But the price is very high for a apartment

I would especially like to thank Lisa and Roberto from “ the FIZZ Münich “ , for their helpful and kind approach. Your company is very fortunate to have such excellent employees. All the Best

I just moved to THE FIZZ Munich a couple of days ago. As scheduled I arrived at the house, where I was warmly greeted by the House management staff. They gave me a brief tour around the house as I‘ve already seen most of the facilities during my first viewing visit. The facility features a brand new laundry room with top equipment and App controlled machines as well as a nice roof top. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. The House Managers are very friendly and helpful. The house is convieniently located, an underground station is within walking distance, as well as super markets and a gas station. Food deliveries such as Lieferando offer a variety of food delivery options. Highly recommended!
