Premium+ suite - Eimsbüttel, Hamburg, hamburg

I had a pleasant 14-night stay at ipartment Hamburg Eimsbüttel. The location was ideal — just a 5-minute walk to my office, which made daily commuting easy. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and functional. I really appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare simple meals and the convenience of an on-site laundry room. A nearby supermarket also made things very convenient for a longer stay. One downside, however, was that cleaning wasn’t done regularly throughout the stay, which could be improved, especially for guests staying longer. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical place to stay, and I would consider returning for future work trips.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend! A special thank you to Nadia J for all her help, she was incredibly kind and made everything even more special.

I spent the weekend there and it was really great. The apartments were beautifully clean. The access code system is well explained and very easy to understand. We will definitely come back.

Based on my personal experience and impressions, others may have had different experiences. The baby cot was confirmed as an extra through Booking.com. Upon arrival, it wasn't there. The support team was a real challenge 😂 They had absolutely no authority: they confirmed that the baby cot was booked in the system, but suggested I could try my luck and buy one myself (at 7 pm when the baby should have been asleep). I couldn't connect with anyone who had any decision-making power and in the end, they didn't even say goodbye. I ended up sleeping on the floor so the two girls could at least have a tolerable night. Afterwards, the apartment company claimed that nothing had been booked (which can be proven), offered a vague apology, and tried to weasel their way out of it. The bathroom reeked of chlorine, giving me a swimming pool feeling with a free headache.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the security deposit was not refunded promptly. In conclusion: Not recommended. Other providers offer a much better overall package.
