I overall had a pleasant experience during my stay in Studiomuc. The staff were consistently kind and professional, and I’d like to thank all staffs for their friendliness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. Communication in English was always easy, which I truly appreciated. The process of booking the room and finalizing the contract was simple, fast, and transparent, and the staff in charge were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-furnished. S Bahn and Straßenbahn stop right in front of the building made commuting extremely convenient. The mail and parcel handling by reception worked perfectly, and the laundry area has improved a lot with the recent updates. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were excellent. The app for managing the laundry machines worked very well, and there was always a washing machine and dryer available. The lounge area on the ground floor was beautifully designed and very pleasant to spend time in. A few points that could make the experience even better: • I often noticed silverfish appearing in the bedroom. • The sofa bed is comfortable, but not ideal for a long-term stay since it needs to be folded daily. • The kitchenette could be better equipped, and the dishwasher didn’t clean properly. Despite these minor issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would recommend Studiomuc for anyone looking for a practical, well-managed accommodation in Frankfurt am Main.

Booked 2 rooms on booking.com. Messaged them regarding the reservation and they said everything is secure. Then I asked them to confirm the details shown in the reservation and as answer I received an email that they cancelled my reservation without any explanation. Awful exprerience and very unprofessional. They do not have certain rules or they do not know on their own what rules they have. On their website they have an option of 'shortstay' for at least 5 days. And when I tried sending a request for reservation directly from there I received an email that only at least 1 month stay is possible at their place. Never ever I'd reccommend a place like that

Great service and a very pleasant experience. The concierge team and the Hausverwaltung, especially Frau Heinz, were very professional and caring. The location is excellent, within 5 minutes to U-Bahn and Straßenbahn, and the rooftop view at night is beautiful. They were also very understanding when I had to delay my move and even allowed me to stay one more night. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay if you are moving to Frankfurt. The apartments are fully furnished, the staff is an amazing bunch of people. The location couldn't be better. Just across the street from the S Bahn station makes it a perfect hub for trips. Despite being basically in the city center, it's super quiet and calm. Plenty of stores and good restaurants are within a 5-minute walk distance.
