Quiet Apartment with balcony and garden view, frankfurt

I lived at THE FLAG Campusmeile for two years and truly had a wonderful experience there. The location is excellent — very convenient, well connected by public transport, and the area feels safe and comfortable. The apartment was modern, clean and well maintained, and it really felt like home. After two years, I was genuinely sad to leave. A special thank you to Ahmad Dost for all his help and support. He was always kind, thoughtful, responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. I really appreciated everything he did during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time at THE FLAG and would highly recommend it！

I lived at THE FLAG Campusmeile for 2 years and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, especially for students at Frankfurt School, with REWE, DM, and other daily necessities just a few steps away. Having a gym and laundry facilities on site was very convenient. My apartment had a beautiful skyline view. The management team is highly professional and supportive. Ms. Röhl and Mr. Dost are regularly present in the office and always approachable, helpful, and responsive. The apartment handover process was very smooth, and Mr. Dost, was kind and supportive throughout the process. I can highly recommend THE FLAG Campusmeile to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and well-located place to live in Frankfurt.

I'd been living in the Flag for about 6 years, and had great memories and living experiences there. The Flag is located in a very convenient area. It's closed to Frankfurt School and Goethe Uni Westend Campus. Rewe and dm are both in walking distance and both of them open longer in the evening than other supermarkets/shops. You have almost all the Ubahn nearby (U1,2,3,5,8), by taking them the city center is only 3/4 stops away and you can easily reach to every Bahnhof (Haupt-, Süd-, Ost-, West-). This area is lively, dynamic as well as quite (if window towards to north side). The apartment is well furnished, clean and modern style. Inside the building there are gym, studying room(s), and activity room with Ping-Pong table, table football, etc., where you could do exercises and relaxing with friends. Last but not least, the management team here is very nice, they communicate well and efficiently, especially Mr. Dost, he is professional, warm-hearted, considerate and very helpful. I would give my big thanks to him.

After three years of living here, I can truly say it was a great experience. It had everything I needed as a student and more for a comfortable stay. I had one of the latger rooms, and I'll definitely miss it. Its design was simple and clean, as well as the furniture. From a logistics perspective, it is super well-connected and easy to get around Frankfurt from here, whether you're going to school or work. Of course, it's on the expensive side, but for what I needed it to be, it was worth it. The only thing that was a bit tough sometimes was figuring out where packages were going to be delivered (lobby, mail room, DHL packet, etc.), but maybe that was a sign to stop ordering so much stuff! ;) I would also like to shout out Ahmad here. He was always there if I had any issues and made sure I had a smooth and positive check out experience. For all internationals, he was also happy to communicate in English, which made me feel very secure! 😊

I had a very good experience with Ahmad as my apartment manager. He is professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was always clear and smooth, and he tried his best to accommodate my requests. I really appreciated his support, which made everything much less stressful. Highly recommended.
