Xtra Smart Serviced Apartment Köln Innenstadt, cologne

Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay! The check-in was quick and easy. The apartment is modern, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. Welcoming lobby, the laundry room.Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The central location is also very convenient. Despite being located next to a busy road, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful! I felt completely comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing experience. This hotel operates entirely through a self-service check-in system, but unfortunately the system failed repeatedly during my stay. On the day of arrival, the machine did not provide a working room key, and I had to call support just to access my room remotely. The next day, I was informed that the issue had been fixed and that a key would be left for me in the mailbox. After returning from work and collecting it, the key still did not work. I then had to repeatedly: * call support, * go downstairs to the check-in machine, * repeat the process, * go back upstairs, * and test the key again. The issue remained unresolved. What was most frustrating was the lack of proper customer support. I was told at one point that someone would call me back after speaking with a colleague, but nobody did. I eventually had to contact support again myself because I was still unable to enter my room. Technical problems can happen anywhere. However, the way this situation was handled showed very little urgency, follow-up, or responsibility toward the guest. After long working hours, having to repeatedly struggle just to access your own room is simply unacceptable. I had originally considered extending my stay for an additional night, but after this experience, I changed my mind. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The room was very clean, so much so that I felt comfortable during my stay there. The weekly cleaning service was also great. I had a minor difficulty with self check-in, which was resolved over the phone. The location is good too. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Everything was great accept the pillows.
