Bright 1-Room Apartment with Balcony in Cologne-Nippes, cologne

Wonderful accommodations!

Perfect for college

I couldn't use my parking space due to repairs, but I'm still supposed to pay the full rental fee. It's a complete rip-off. They don't respond to emails, and every explanation and reference to my rights is met with a simple "no"—if they respond at all. And now they're simply withholding part of my deposit. Incredibly cheeky. And then they send an employee who has nothing to do with it to deliver the message. Disappointing.

I lived at Plug and Study for several semesters and was very happy with it. Everything was spotless and well-maintained from the moment I moved in – the apartment felt brand new. It was fully equipped: bed, desk, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, as well as a private bathroom and balcony. The location is perfect for students: close to the university, central, and with plenty of shops nearby. I loved the balcony in the summer, and it was pleasantly warm in the winter. The common room with foosball and TV was a great place to hang out, and the video surveillance in the entrance areas made me feel safe. The washing machines and dryers can be conveniently controlled via an app – very practical. For me, it was a stress-free and comfortable living solution that I would recommend without hesitation!

I haven't received any feedback about my deposit for three months. I've emailed them three times and called five times, but no one has responded.
