Premium Balcony suite - STACEY Moabit, Berlin, berlin

I moved to Berlin 6 months ago and finding an apartment was a mess with the housing crisis. Been living in Stacey last 6 months: the process was smooth with neat room and weekly cleaning. Made my start in Berlin less stressful!

Stacey is an amazing apartment complex in the heart of Mitte. Great location and the co living areas are a great addition. The team always reply promptly with any additional support you need.

My experience with STACEY was honestly pretty amazing, I didn't have any hiccups throughout the whole process from enquiring to moving out! Room: The room came with everything you needed including the wardrobe with hangers, a drying rack, one of the most comfortable beds ever + blanket, desk, chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a modern bathroom. The unit that I stayed in didn't have a living room which was fine since I stayed outside or in my room. All rooms are equipped with digital locks where you can unlock by physically tapping your phone or virtually through the dedicated app (works on apple watch as well) Staff & Communication: The STACEY team was honestly very responsive and provided all necessary information for me and they got back to me promptly which made the signing process a whole lot easier despite the time differences (I'm not from Europe). They even refunded me the extra amount I transferred over the period I was staying there due to changes in foreign exchange rates! Location: The location is really good, you're walking distance to 3 different U-Bahn stations with a bus stop and EDEKA right below the building. The unit is also very close to Alexanderplatz and around 20mins away from Berlin Hbf (Central Train Station) and 40mins away from the Berlin Flughafen (Airport). It's pretty much located very central of the city and very easy to go around! Only downside is that the laundry can be expensive and that you can access the laundry room in the basement via the lift, but you have to walk up to level 1 to take the lift again because the laundry room is open to public but not a huge deal imo. Note: the units here are at least 3 months and if you're staying for 3 months, do remember to tell them the end of your contract date because the contracts are opened with no end date unless specified

Very centrally located, well-equipped flats.

Very simple process to obtain a room, responsive and helpful support. The rent includes weekly cleaning of the kitchen & bathroom and daily supplies (e.g. paper towels, dishwasher tabs), which limits frictions with the flatmate(s). I would like to highlight that I was able to switch rooms on short notice after my first flatmates' hostile behavior (though the new room was significantly more expensive), and have had a smooth experience ever since. The location is very convenient, though the neighborhood itself is pretty dead with lots of hotels. Overall, I would recommend the experience to anyone who wants hassle-free housing and is willing/able to pay for it.
