Premium Balcony suite - Moabit, Berlin, berlin

Huge, beautiful decorated apartment and everything you need. Friendly owners.

Spacy appartment in the centre of Berlin.

Very large apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large dining table in the kitchen. The partially exposed brick walls and wooden floor create a pleasant atmosphere. A large EDEKA supermarket with a very good selection of products is located about 300 meters away. The fact that the ground-floor apartment has a glass door leading to the sidewalk can be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage. The Wi-Fi signal from the kitchen router doesn't reach the two rear bedrooms. A signal repeater would be useful here. A dishwasher (planned by the landlord) and a microwave would be practical additions to the kitchen. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars, which rounds up to 5.

I give it 3 stars because the city is nothing out of this world either, rather dispensable among other European capitals. The apartment was a bar before, it is a large space enough for 3 families that we went with 5 children. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to almost everything, except the airport, since Berlin is a very large city. If you decide, above all, contact the owner, nothing "from agencies" the price increases considerably, you have to look for the apartment on maps and find email.

Please note, the rooms do not match the description: one room divided into two, one without a window, with 8 beds; the additional sleeping space consists of sofa beds. Public transport is a 20-minute walk away. There is no dishwasher, and the dishes (pots and pans) are too small.
