Friedlander Straße 72.3, berlin

Incredible housing option with great amenities. I thank dear Liesa Chang especially for assisting me through the whole booking process. Excellent service!!

The staff are very nice and take such kind care of the residents. A special thank you to Hedieh and Mijael for being so helpful and professional.

Amazing student living, with a new building located in a peaceful neighbourhood. It has a green interior yard where you can play games in the summer or build a snowman in the winter. There are 3 supermarkets and a McDonalds in front of the building. The S Bahn station is relatively close, so you are connected to the city. I found the location a bit far for me but the facilities like cinema, gym, lobby and community kitchen were cool. I had many cinema nights with friends and celebrated my 22nd birthday in the community kitchen. You have games in the laundry, tho it was new for me the concept of paying for washing and drying your clothes. Nice rooms, nice rooftops, I read my Bible while watching the sunset from the rooftops, so cool. Memories I will never forget, cool place, I was enchanted to meet you! ❤️

best services, when faced with any issues regarding anything in your room,Mijael, onsite always ready and happy to help. best and kindest services available. Appreciate the Neon wood Team.

⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY – Terrible Communication & Unfair Practices ⚠️ I had to move out early due to financial difficulties, but Neonwood (CCG1 Cable S.à r.l.) refused to cancel my contract even after I found three replacement tenants. Each one lost interest because the company ignored them—zero communication for weeks! Their responses (when they finally replied) were nonsensical, slow, and unhelpful. Now, they’ve incorrectly calculated my final charges and sent a debt collector (Rehberg Forderungsmanagement GmbH) after me. I’ve repeatedly explained the errors and offered to pay the correct amount, but they refuse to fix their mistakes. STAY AWAY! There are better, cheaper, and more professional student housing options in Berlin. This company will cost you time, money, and sanity. EDIT: Response to Neonwood (CCG1 Cable S.à r.l.) claims Thank you for your response. However, your claims do not align with the facts of my experience. While you state that you contacted the three replacement tenants I provided within one to two business days, this is inaccurate. The considerable delays and lack of communication from your end were the direct cause of all three candidates losing interest. I have retained all email correspondence that substantiates these delays. Furthermore, your response completely ignores the primary issue that remains unresolved: the incorrect final charges that have been sent to a debt collection agency. I have made multiple attempts to rectify this with you and have offered to pay the amount that is actually owed, but you have refused to correct your errors. Right now I have payed the debt in full, because you did not communicate. My intention in sharing my experience is to provide transparency for future tenants about the issues I faced. Have a nice day, Heliodor Macko
