Room in Rue du Bourbonnais, Rennes for 95 m² with 5 bedrooms, rennes

This apartment must be worthy of a five-star rating. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. First, the infrastructure of this apartment is very new, and the entire living environment is very clean. I also like the design of this apartment very much, and the comfort of the room is very high. The most satisfying thing is the service level of this apartment. Ms. SIMON, the person in charge of the apartment, is very dedicated, and the response efficiency and quality of the service are very high. Every time I encounter some troubles, she helps me solve it in the shortest possible time.

I lived here for 3 months and it is a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with bus and subway stations nearby. The facilities here are comprehensive, they have study area here they also have a well-equipped gym, I exercise at the gym a lot. It's comfortable and convenient. The apartment lady always responds promptly and in a friendly manner to my needs. She is so helpful and enthusiastic, and other residents are also friendly, you will like to talk to people here. Additionally, this apartment is very warm even without the heating facilities! You will be happy with the apartment if you move in.

It's a very nice apartment for student. Close to school and close to the metro. I love the life here. Sometimes there's even some interesting events. Every staff here is so nice and lovely And helpful. The apartment is always clean. My room is so bright and comfortable. You will have a good living experience here definitely! And France can speaks both French and English, which really help me a lot. I love to say bonjour to her every morning. She always looks so kind and friendly.

I stayed here from June to July and had an amazing experience. The room was clean and well furnished with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom and shower. The amenities were great too, with a gym and a study space. The administrator, France, is extremely nice and welcoming and made my stay one that I will remember. The location is really convenient as it is situated just a five minute walk from the Villejean metro.

The residence is excellent, but what truly makes it special is France, the landlady. If you’re a foreigner looking for a place to stay in Rennes, this is the perfect choice. Not only is the residence comfortable and well-located, but France is always there to help and support you whenever you need it. Her care truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!
