Chambre 3 - COULABIN, rennes

The apartment has most of the facilities and equipment you need and is well maintained. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and reliable, and I really appreciate how quickly they respond to any enquiries or issues. A special thank you to Arwee, who has helped me a lot during my time here and has always been very patient and supportive!

I’ve had a great experience staying at Scape Cornell Place. The location is very convenient, especially for students, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are great for studying or relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Overall, it’s a safe and comfortable place to live in Melbourne. Would definitely recommend it to other students!

I’m a resident of Scape Cornell Place. I’ve been lived here for over one year. This place left a very good impression on me, especially the staff at the front desk who were incredibly friendly and always able to promptly resolve any issues I had. They helped me a lot throughout the year and also supported me when I felt lonely. I believe it's rare to find such a good student apartment in this fast-paced society. Cornell Place is definitely the kind of place you'll never forget after just one stay. The building's location is also excellent, right next to the tram stop, making it convenient to get to school. There are also many supermarkets nearby, so you can always find what you need. The apartment's events are fantastic, and I made many friends through them. I highly recommend this place as a home for first-year international students; it's truly worth living here. I would also like to thank several staff members here (in no particular order): Katie Benz, Arwee Josh, Melody, Danni, Sujata,TK, Belle, Rejina, Julieth, Greccia, Ting, Jared, Omar, Brie.

The amenities and location are great, but the laundry situation is very absurd. 34 minutes of washing and 20 minutes of drying? There is no good reason the washing time should be more than the drying time. I already pay $5 for the washing machine and I had to run the dryer 3-4x ($2 each drying cycle) only for my clothes to come out semi-damp (and I have to air dry the rest). I was basically paying $11-13 per week just for my laundry each week. This is unacceptable. Other dryers in Melbourne are cheaper and dry the clothes more efficiently compared to here. Plus, it's not fair that only a couple of machines run the washer for 28 minutes and the dryer for 45 minutes at the same exact price as every other machine. It would be way more justified if every laundry machine wash for 28 minutes/dry for 45 minutes.

Really enjoyed living here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall environment feels very safe and peaceful. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to transport, supermarkets, and everything needed for daily life.
