Apartment in Schatzbogen 35, 81829 München, Germania, munich

Easy check in. Fast elevators. Helpful staff that all spoke English fluently. Spacious rooms. Easy access laundry machines in reception area. Lots of restaurant options in the area. Easy access to the subway via a short 10 minute walk. We originally booked 3 nights here, but then added another 3 nights to the beginning of our stay. Then after seeing the room and visiting Munich, we added another 2 nights. We'd like to thank all the staff for how they helped us with our specific needs. Minh made the check in process so easy for us. Marcus was super helpful with the air conditioning system. Nafian helped us navigate the laundry system and Otmane, you're so smiley and friendly you always made us feel welcome!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Minh at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Her excellent customer service made a great first impression and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back!

We had a fantastic stay. Clean rooms, great facilities. The coffee was fantastic as well!

Read other reviews about staff rudeness!! My wife and I stayed here for one night. The front desk agent was a true masterpiece of rudeness, clearly needing a crash course in manners. The gym, located in the lobby behind glass, offers an exclusive show for all passersby—perfect for those who enjoy being the center of attention. The rooms are clean, but beware the lower floors; we had to switch rooms due to the symphony of heavy footsteps above us. This little adventure sparked a delightful confrontation with the front desk, prompting me to request the manager—because clearly, training this person in basic decency is the hotel's top priority. Other than this it was a adequate stay. Also, the parking garage is large.
