Fantastic stay whenever I am in Braunschweig - the stylish iPartment concept is perfect for short/mid/long-term stays, staff is super helpful, apartments very clean and well taken care off, and all the small percs such as laundry room or printer for free are so cool! Stayed here at least 10 times in the last 4 years and will continue to do so!

Very disappointing experience. First, I was wrongly blamed for damage without any proper evidence. The stain they claimed was caused by my pot was clearly a different size from the pot I actually used. I even explained that I only boiled eggs once and cooled the pot with cold water afterward, but the staff still tried to push the responsibility onto me. There was also no prior warning or notice about this issue. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely worked during my stay, housekeeping was inconsistent, and used towels were often left unattended instead of being properly replaced. Customer service was honestly one of the worst parts of the experience. The way they handled concerns was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I travel frequently for business, and I definitely will not stay here again on future trips.

Overall, my stay at Ipartment was good. However, there were several aspects I feel need improvement, especially considering the higher price of the accommodation. On the one hand, the single-person room was adequate, though it was essentially just a bedroom, a small corridor, and a bathroom. Sometimes, the room felt a bit claustrophobic. The decor was quite nice and modern, and the quality seemed good. However, the biggest issue in my room was the Wi-Fi connection, which was terrible throughout my three-month stay. It frequently cut out for short periods and was generally slow. This was particularly disappointing, as many guests in the building are foreigners with limited or costly mobile data plans. The cleaning service was provided every two weeks (sometimes s bit more) and mainly consisted of changing the bedsheets and towels and a quick floor scrubbing. The corridor that serves as a kitchen lacks a smoke extractor. Instead, there is a clear notice stating that if the smoke detector is activated while cooking, any firefighter fees will be charged to the guest. Opening the window while cooking was recommended to avoid this, which was inconvenient when it was raining or cold. Additionally, cooking smells remained in the room for a couple of days. The building has a large communal living room on the ground floor for all residents. It includes a coffee machine, though I was never able to get it to work, and a large fridge stocked with some free drinks, accessible only when staff is on-site (weekdays until 5 pm). There are also several washing machines and dryers available for laundry; however, I found this service a bit expensive. The building has two entrances. The entrance from Berliner Strasse sometimes fails to recognize the access code, while the entrance from Otto-Himmel-Weg is always unlocked, which made me feel a bit unsafe at night. Regarding the staff, I had only one negative experience. Most of the photos on the website shows double rooms with several pillows and cushions. However, I only found a single thin pillow on my bed. When I requested an extra pillow or cushion, the staff informed me that they needed the pillows for the double rooms and suggested I buy my own. I did so, but unfortunately, I couldn’t bring it with me when I left as it didn’t fit in my luggage.

One of the best places I have stayed in Germany, the places is very modern and clean (although in my last stay the apartment did not looked that clean, but times before it was, seem is something they have to recover), places is very good for work travels, locations is good as there is a tram station right infront and tram takes you to the center. Easy to access and very good assistance no matter the time. Place I will totally recommend to stay in.

Nice apartment! Seriously, the room contains everything you need for your daily life! The kitchen contains a stove, small oven, small refrigerator, small dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster, cups and dishes, cutlery, scissors, and bottle/can opener. The hairdryer in the bathroom is powerful, the shower is very smooth. Since it's newly opened, the entire room looks brand new, when opening the wardrobe there is still a smell of new furniture. I'd like to stay here longer if I can! It is worth mentioning that the entire hotel is in an autonomous check-in mode due to the epidemic. After booking, the room number and password will be assigned directly to your email. The door electronic token and personal reservation information form were placed in the room on the table. After arriving, you can just go upstairs to your room directly. There is no front desk for check-in, no need to deal with people, the gospel of social phobia!
