Unbelievably irresponsible management. I applied here for accommodation starting from March, they asked for some documents including a guarantor who lives in EU and their banking info (Which was extra hard for someone who came to study from non-EU country). I've gathered everything in a week and when I gathered they said they don't have any vacant rooms anymore. This is rude and irresponsible on so many levels.

Location is very good and has all the basic necessities so it’s extremely easy to move in. Review used to be 4 stars but had to change to 2 as it is near impossible to get more than 2 nights of sleep in a row as you can hear everything from the courtyard downstairs where different tenants hang out almost every day until 2-4am even with the windows closed and earplugs don’t always help either. Of course you can address the issue directly but that normally only works for an hour or so and having to do so every time clearly isn’t the right solution. On paper this place isn’t bad at all with what it has to offer but in the end it is a place to live and if you actually take your work/ studies half seriously and slightly care about being able to sleep at night you’re probably better off elsewhere

This place is like a hotel. Fantastic location as well with a hip cafe in the bottom floor. The manager Mandy has attended to my every need and truly cares. I am currently staying here and could not recommend it more

Super cool student accommodation in one of the best neighbourhoods of Berlin! I love the neutral design and communal spaces, plus its proximity to public transport.

Clean small studios for students. My son lived there for 10 Months. Lidl at 100 m.
