Wonderful 1-bedroom apartment in Leopoldstadt, vienna

Based on my experience: Pros: Great location with WU and Billa store right nearby. The management regularly organizes free events and activities for residents, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are modern, nice, and very comfortable to live in. Cons: The rent feels a bit overpriced, and the rooms get uncomfortably hot during the summer. My main concern, however, is rule enforcement. Residents who respect noise levels and community guidelines deserve a quiet environment. Unfortunately, complaints about late-night partying, stomping, laughing, and window smoking are often met with repeated warnings that yield no real results. Management needs to take stricter measures, including eviction after a final warning for repeat violators, to protect respectful tenants.

Milestone by Tribera Vienna Campus is a great place to live if you’re looking for a balance between comfort and community. The rooms are modern, cozy, and well designed, with plenty of natural light and everything you need for daily life. What really makes a difference is the atmosphere—there are lots of shared spaces where it’s easy to meet people, but also quiet areas when you need to focus. The location is very convenient, with public transport nearby and everything you need within easy reach. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a place where you can quickly feel at home!

The best dorms I ever stayed at! Paul at the desk is super nice and helpful. Thank you for everything :)

Even though I have only lived here for 5 months, I have had the best student living experience in this dormitory. There is a supermarket literally 30 seconds away, 5 minutes away from the subway (U2), friendly dormitory staff who are always there to help you, a large fully equipped fitness center that can really meet almost all your needs compared to a few other student dormitories, a place where you can feel close to nature thanks to the green areas around it, and also WU is only 3 minutes walking distance from this dormitory. It is definitely a student dormitory that deserves 5 stars with its large spacious and equipped studio rooms.

I had lived there for two years. The location is awesome, supermarket nearby and a great great view. Everyone is friendly. The staff was always super helpful, accurate managed every issue on time, especially the manager Stefan Paul. I recommend Milestone, 100%.
