Dreamy 1 Bedroom Apartment close to University of Vienna Botanical Garden, vienna

I stayed here for only two months as a temporary place between two apartments in Vienna, and my stay was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, modern and fully equipped. I especially loved the spacious shower. The location is very well connected by public transport in all directions, including trains, tram 18 and bus 80A. The accommodation itself was calm and quiet. Overall, the place is modern and well equipped. I mainly used the laundry room and bicycle storage, both of which were very convenient. The price is, of course, not the lowest, as this is more of a hotel-style accommodation. However, for interim situations and for foreigners who need a comfortable and practical temporary solution, it is very suitable. I also have to mention the amazing Claudia, who is always helpful and willing to assist with anything. I highly recommend Room4Rent for your stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at room4rent Campus Vienna Biocenter. It was a very pleasant experience, and I always felt comfortable and at home. The whole team is very helpful, and especially the office manager, Claudia, who is extremely warm and always ready to help at any time. The location is excellent, with quick connections to the city center and easy access to the highway. It is also very quiet. The corridors are regularly cleaned and well maintained, which makes the whole place feel very tidy and comfortable. The laundry room is also spacious and convenient for washing clothes. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very happy with my stay of over a year at Room4Rent. They consistently address clearly and straightforward any question you may have and the appartments are exactly as shown on the website so no surprises at all. The building is properly mantained and peaceful so you should not experience any inconveniences. Special remarks so Ms. Claudia Spanel, the building manager, for his perpetual kindness, understanding and willingness to accomodate all sensible requests. Would definetly consider it again if I come to Vienna.

Absolutely loved living here for almost 8 months! I can only agree with the prior comments - Claudia is amazing. The apartment is clean, bright, furniture is comfortable and you can find everything you need nearby (groceries, pharmacy, DM, matcha, etc.) in a friendly neighborhood. Recommend!

I stayed here and had a very pleasant experience. Claudia was always very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I had any questions, she was quick to reply and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable living here, and everything went smoothly. The deposit was returned very quickly after I moved out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and had no issues or negative experiences.
