Room in Rue de la Baïsse, Villeurbanne for 85 m² with 4 bedrooms, villeurbanne

I have never meet a helpful governmental place like them . Full respect for all there 10/10 for all the staff.

Very disappointing service at the Lyon MDM (Maison des Médecins - House of Medical Disorders). The receptionists are haughty, unhelpful, and offer no practical assistance. I was simply told that the phone line is open on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m., even though I've been calling for a month without ever getting an appointment. It's all the more regrettable for a service meant to support and help its users to instead feel disrespected and left without any solutions. My thoughts are with everyone who has to go through this MDM.

I had an appointment in early April. The staff is very friendly. There is a bit of a wait, admittedly, but given how busy it is... The social worker who saw me was very competent, understanding, and very nice. Two weeks later, she sent me an email to update me on the status of my case. Thank you to the whole team.

I called on Thursday for a friend; the receptionist was very pleasant and gave me helpful information. Very professional, thank you madam, it's not always the case when you call a public service.

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. I came to your offices to schedule an appointment for assistance with completing some forms. I was directed to your department specifically for this purpose. At reception, two young women were present. I politely requested an appointment with the social worker. They responded very abruptly, stating that this person did not work on-site and that she had a replacement. I accepted this information and simply asked for an appointment. Unfortunately, the responses were extremely unpleasant, lacking any politeness or respect. The tone used was inappropriate and shocking for a public reception service. I find this regrettable and unacceptable. A welcoming and respectful environment is essential in this type of service. I therefore ask you to please pay attention to this situation and speak with the reception staff to improve their behavior and communication with the public. Thank you in advance for your attention to this message.
