What students say
Mansoureh Salmani
As a student, I had a very difficult experience in this building. Despite my complaints, the security cameras still weren't working, even after a serious incident in the hallway. There are constantly insects inside and outside, and the Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping out. It's impossible to study properly under these conditions; after two weeks, it even affected my health. A real disappointment.
Olivier
Terrible! The alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night. It's a quiet place, sure, but that's the only thing worth one star on. A group of drug addicts hangs out at the base of the building, throwing all their trash around the perimeter. A developer to avoid at all costs!

Thursday nights are just hell. And the transportation leaves much to be desired; there's only one bus, which is always late and makes its last trip at 10:30 PM... Partygoers, this residence is your worst nightmare. Otherwise, it's a quiet place with lovely neighbors. It's not a place where I'd renew my lease, but it's just about acceptable.
M Dema
The positive reviews do not reflect the current situation. The apartments are outdated and poorly maintained.
Jean PELLEGRINO
Very well located and quiet. This residence offers well-appointed rooms as well as a range of essential services (storage units, laundry facilities, parking, etc.).
