Chambre 2 - CYPRIAN, villeurbanne

In a dangerous area, plus the person at reception is completely useless and doesn’t care about you. Beware you can get locked out without anyone answering the door for hours, even during daily official opening

It was great experience, specially Audrey, she was so helpful🫶🏻

Excellent

The accommodation is very well located, both for shops and public transport (tram, metro, and bus lines). It's very quiet and, above all, very secure with badge access. The staff are welcoming and friendly, clearly explaining the check-in procedures, which are done via a key box... it's very simple for both arrival and departure. This is my second stay, and I will definitely return for my next trip to Lyon. The room was clean, the bathroom had towels, and the kitchen had a microwave. Thank you.

The room was spotless, and the accommodation was very well located near the tram. It was very quiet, and the parking was a bonus. The instructions were crystal clear once you read the email sent a few days prior. The manager was super friendly; in short, we'll definitely keep this address.
