Room in Rue de l'Ukraine, Toulouse for 87 m² with 4 bedrooms, toulouse

I 100% recommend this residence. The atmosphere is fantastic. It allowed me to thrive during my first year of medical school (PASS). Between the excellent study rooms, the friendly residents, and of course Charlène who spreads her good cheer, everything is there for success. I also met some wonderful people there who are now my friends. In short, it's a great place.

I lived in this residence during my first year of medical school (PASS), and I highly recommend it. Its proximity to the university, its study rooms, its calm and welcoming atmosphere—everything is there to ensure a pleasant year. Of course, I can't forget to mention Charlène, who is always there to listen and brings a little sparkle to our lives ❤️

Excellent residence that allows us to truly focus on our studies. Having breakfast provided and housekeeping staff is a real time-saver! I also wanted to give a special thank you to Charlène, who is a genuinely helpful person to rely on in case of any problems, thanks to her kindness and availability. I also want to emphasize how she is constantly improving the residence, notably by organizing potluck dinners and other events that prevent us from feeling lonely and allow us to meet wonderful people among the residents. Thank you for everything ;)

Excellent student residence, well-managed, clean, and quiet. The initial administrative procedures were well-organized, making settling in easy. I especially appreciated the quality of the day-to-day management thanks to Charlène, who is always responsive, attentive, and particularly friendly. Her availability and kindness truly make a difference and make the stay much more enjoyable. I had a very good stay and I recommend this residence without hesitation.

I spent my first year of medical school at the Résidence du Caducée, and honestly, I don't regret my choice at all. In a year as intense and stressful as the first year of medical school (PASS), I found it to be a truly reassuring and calming environment. The residence is very quiet, which allows you to study in excellent conditions, especially thanks to the dedicated study rooms. I immediately felt comfortable in my apartment, safe, and in a conducive environment for studying. Everything is done to make our daily lives easier: the gym, cleaning twice a month, breakfasts… These are all little things that make a huge difference during this year. And having the medical school right across the street was a real convenience: less fatigue, less time wasted commuting, and therefore more time for myself and for studying. But what really makes the difference in this residence is Charlene. She is an exceptional person, always there, attentive, and deeply caring. She always had the right words to reassure, encourage, or simply lift spirits during difficult times. You can tell she does her work with heart, and honestly, her support made this year so much sweeter and more human. I will cherish the wonderful memories of this year at Le Caducée, both for the setting and for the people who work there.
