Shoutout to Gabriel

I was a resident at Fac Habitat and had a very positive experience. The building was well located, and Mr. Stéphane managed everything very professionally and pleasantly. I greatly appreciated his creativity and kindness, and I wanted to share this experience.

A huge thank you to Stéphane, the Residence Manager, who welcomed us to Le Scribe. Thank you for his availability, attentiveness, advice, and invaluable help in helping my daughter settle in! A very pleasant student studio in an ideal location.

Subject: Serious Nuisance and Repeated Littering from Your Building Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of an unacceptable situation emanating from the Scribe apartments in Nice. For several weeks now, your tenants have been regularly throwing litter from their windows. My terrace, located right next to it, is constantly soiled with food scraps (including pistachio remains), household waste, and entire garbage bags. In addition to the blatant lack of civic responsibility, these actions are causing obvious damage to my living space and creating a clear hygiene and public health problem. As owners and managers of this building, it is your responsibility to remind your tenants of their legal obligations and to ensure the proper use of your property. I therefore request that you intervene as soon as possible with the tenants concerned to put an immediate end to this antisocial behavior. In the absence of concrete action and a swift resolution to this problem, I will be forced to inform the building management, the Nice municipal hygiene department, and file a complaint with the municipal police for littering on public property and in the street. I trust in your prompt response to resolve this situation without delay. Sincerely

The student residence is well-located. The residence manager, Stéphane, is available, responsive, and attentive to the comfort and well-being of the students. We highly recommend him for the quality of his work. As parents, we feel reassured knowing we can rely on him.
