Apartment in 25 Av. Georges Clemenceau, 06000 Nice, France, nice

Terrible experience! Cleanliness was lacking, mold was present on the ceilings, and there was a persistent smell. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning, as indicated in the amenities, only ineffective fans, considering the temperature in the apartment was 32 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit) anyway! Furthermore, due to a Flixbus delay on the evening of check-in, we arrived 20 minutes later than agreed upon, and the person supposed to hand over the keys told us they couldn't do it anymore, so we had to book a night elsewhere, spending more money and suffering a lot of inconvenience. There was only one towel per person and no complimentary toiletries, such as hand soap. Furthermore, there was no bathmat in the bathroom, and with just a curtain, it flooded after a shower.

A nightmare Not suitable for hosting. Poor cleaning, full of mold. Lack of a paid service, namely AIR CONDITIONING, and no one had warned us. It was 32 degrees even at night, and I had medication that couldn't handle temperatures above 30 degrees. The towels provided were only one large body towel per person, and mine were half-soiled and had hair in it. The location was fairly close to the sea and well-marked, but in a busy and noisy area. The shower only worked halfway; the other came out scalding hot (which isn't ideal in summer). The morning of checkout at 11:00 AM, we were taking our last pee at 11:05 AM, and the lady barged into our room while we were going to the bathroom while she was already clearing everything away. This was incredibly rude. Furthermore, since we were traveling from Italy to Nice on a Flixbus, the hotel said it would accommodate us until 11:00 PM. Due to an accident, the queue forced us to arrive at 11:20 PM. We would have arrived 20 minutes after our scheduled arrival time, and the hotel locked us out. At the last minute, we had to spend extra money to stay in another hotel for the first night. The only available and reasonably priced hotel was far from the sea, thus wasting our time and leisure time on Friday evening and Saturday morning (we were in Nice from Friday evening to Monday afternoon). If you have children, don't go; the people who run the hotel are completely uncaring. We booked through Booking.com, and the telephone support was poor.

Apartment 12 was very nice, but there was a certain smell coming from the bathroom and it lasted throughout our stay.
