Room in 27 Rue Châteauneuf, 06000 Nice, France, nice

I have stayed at the Student Factory for three weeks now and I have really loved having my own space but there are some things that should be noted. First off the area that it is located in is very sketchy at night to the point where I would be in danger if I was walking alone. Secondly, the cleaning staff were quite rude, touching all of my things and at one point I returned home to find my door wide open with no one around. The elevator also broke with my friend inside and there has been no move to fix it. It is easy to access the tram line from outside of the building and it has overall been a positive experience but some things definitely should be looked into.

Fully automated check-in. Note that it will NOT work at all if you show up before the given time. No support, there is no one at the front desk, ever. The two support phone numbers are both not working. The rooms itself are quite nice. Great view and 2 tram stops away from the beach. Our room had damages in the shower and some dirt on the floor. There was a welcome note from the owner. 3/5, 5/5 if there were no damages and the support desk would be staffed.

I lived here for almost two years and really enjoyed my time at Student Factory. It’s well located right by the tram, above a large supermarket, and right by a large food court. Great common area for studying and the studios are well equipped and furnished. The management was really great and always available for questions or to resolve problems. It’s a great option for students! Highly recommend.

Great experience! The residence is located in an up and coming neighborhood next to the city center (15 minutes on foot), and conveniently situated above a supermarket. The tram station which is 200 meters away can take you to the historic old town, the port, the beach, or to university in a matter of minutes. The neighborhood is home to numerous small businesses, bars, and cafes, as well as a lively indoor and outdoor farmer's market that takes place almost every morning. The Gare du Sud next door houses a public library, a variety of restaurants, and sometimes live music. The residence itself has a private terrace, a co-working area, and a laundromat. Highly recommend!

Great residence Clean and tidy, the supermarket is in the same building. Managers are very friendly and helpful. Tram station is also not far away, neighbourhood is lively with Gare du Sude.
