Room in 250 Rue Jeanne d'Arc, 54000 Nancy, France, nancy

Excellent service. My daughter left this residence because she was pursuing her studies abroad. But I have no complaints, as they always responded to even the smallest problem very quickly, even on weekends, and it was a pleasant surprise to have part of the estimated charges reimbursed. I hope to find accommodation in the Montet residence when she returns to Nancy. I highly recommend them.

The residence is very well located, right next to the tram line. It offers private, above-ground and underground parking with video surveillance, and even a bicycle shelter. The parking area has recently been redesigned and computerized to manage antisocial behavior. There's a wide selection of apartment sizes, with extra-wide doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators due to the building's former use as a clinic, which is very convenient for moving in and out. The owners are accessible, and any technical issues are quickly resolved by appointment, provided you take the time to schedule one. The boiler room is wood-fired, and this heating is communal and included in the building charges (though excess usage is monitored individually), which is very pleasant. However, this heating system only operates during colder periods (a word of caution for those who might want 25°C in their apartment when it's 22°C outside). Note that the owners monitor the weather conditions to determine when to turn on the heating. In the end, there were no agency fees; everything was included in the building charges except for internet, and even then, there's been a Wi-Fi service for a few years now. The building has fiber optic internet (at least with Orange). In total, I lived there for about 10 years in two different apartments, and I have very fond memories of it.

I highly recommend this residence. It's very clean and quiet. Quick access to the city center by tram, with the Jean Jaurès and Excelmans stops nearby. The owners are friendly and helpful. The apartments are excellent.

Excellent residence. Close to the city center, the science faculty, and Artem. Ideally located on the tram line between Jean Jaurès and Exelmans. Bus line 4 to Vandoeuvre stops right in front. Central heating. The entire apartment is dedicated to doctoral students and young professionals. Affordable price. Central heating. Highly recommended.
