Chambre 3 - VAUBAN C, nancy

Vauban & Fort helped me find an apartment in Luxembourg very quickly. The key handover was done in person, the follow-up for repairs was very good, and the move-out process was also smooth and fast. We even found someone to take over my room in less than two weeks.

Unlike other real estate agencies, Vauban is close to its tenants. This is because it employs experienced staff with both strong interpersonal and technical qualities. For instance, Manon, who is in charge of the operations and maintenance team, has empathy but also fully understands the specificities of each flat. Thus, as a tenant, you feel valued, heard, and understood. What makes Vauban unique in Luxembourg is its great team. With them, you feel treated not like a simple expat to be exploited, but like a person.

Five stars for Vauban Fort! Not only is the service excellent, but the management is also very understanding. I needed to leave before my notice period was up, and they were happy to let me go early once I found a replacement. They made the transition easy and seamless. Thank you for being so flexible!

Amazing and swift experience. Meri was the most kind agent I have spoken with so far. Viewing of the property and signature happened in the matter of days, so I highly recommend this agency, for their professionalism and swiftness.

Smooth and professional interactions - easy to talk to Vauban and find the most suitable accommodation. Staff is friendly and action oriented - issues are being resolved quick. Highly recommended in case you wanna find something quick and easy to start getting settled in Lux.
