Room in 59 Bd Lobau, 54000 Nancy, France, nancy

I’ve been living here for over a year and I want to thank Sofiane, the campus manager: always courteous, helpful, and incredibly quick whenever I’ve needed assistance. Someone you can truly count on.

It wasn't nothing special. For the price per person I was expecting at least every day service room. And the pool seems more like a tank in a small room. It's rare to have someone in the balcony to help. And no one who speak English to help.

Back to school means we picked up the keys to our son's apartment with Sofiane, the residence manager, with whom we had excellent communication. He gave us a very warm welcome, and the move-in inspection was done thoroughly and at a good pace. We had reserved the apartment since the beginning of the year, and moving in came with some pleasant surprises (new cooktop and desk, a pink wall repainted beige... In short, so far, so good!). Thank you to Sofiane for his professionalism and availability!

Excellent residence, average price for a room in good condition. The move-in inspection was hassle-free, and the bike parking and laundry facilities were very convenient! A major plus is Sofiane, who handles our various issues efficiently and quickly, and who manages to organize opportunities for residents to get together.

This student residence is perfect for our son. Sofiane is incredibly helpful with...everything, really! He's responsive, personable, and a great listener. Every problem was resolved very professionally. I recommend him a thousand times over. A rare find these days.
