The residence manager is very professional, attentive, and always readily available to help us. A big thank you for your kindness and friendliness. The residence is very functional, the studio is clean, in good condition, and well-equipped. It's secure with a digital entry code and an intercom in the studio. There's a washing machine and dryer in the basement, a gym, and a study room with a television. The common areas are clean. The residence is located in a cul-de-sac, which is quiet and a real plus for students in Marseille. The residence is very well located for my daughter, close to the university and the stables. Highly recommended.

The residence is well-maintained and the apartments are of a similarly high quality. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The residence is quite well located in terms of public transport, making it easy to get around Marseille. It also has a gym, which is convenient for staying in shape. Perfect for students or young professionals!

Excellent apartment and highly competent staff! 👍 Our son has been renting an apartment here for two years while he's studying. He loves it! 😀 The apartments are clean and very functional. Any issues are resolved very quickly. The residence is safe. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and helpful from the first day of our visit until now. I highly recommend this residence without reservation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

No access code was provided for the building before our arrival. We had to call the Paris office. The studio wasn't very clean, and we wondered if the bed linens and towels were cleaned according to current COVID standards. The dishes weren't very clean; everything needed washing, and there was a leak from the drain under the sink. The studio wasn't practical for setting up the second bed, and once it's unfolded, it's impossible to move around the studio unless you're 20 years old. Our car got a nasty scratch in front of the building. We were charged a €250 deductible. We will never return. There's supposed to be parking under the building, but we were told there was always space on the street 🤣🤣 what a joke. I do not recommend this establishment.
