Room in 46 rue Jean de Bernardy Marseille 13001 FR, marseille

The residence is ideally located near the train station and city center, and is also well-served by public transport (bus, tram, etc.). The service was impeccable and pleasant thanks to the responsiveness of the team (the residence manager was excellent, and the on-site technician was very helpful). They took our needs into account and were always open to communication! Upon arrival, our studio was clean and well-furnished (table, storage space, dishes, bed, etc.). The residence also has washing machines, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

A very nice residence, right next to shops and public transport. The building is pleasant and easy to access, and the neighborhood is very green. The welcome was excellent, thank you Julien for your friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency! I highly recommend it.

Expensive residence for nothing. No sound or thermal insulation. You can only exchange your sheets for clean ones at reception on Monday mornings, lol. What student or employee is home on a Monday morning? What a low-class service! The woman at reception is very unpleasant. In short, for me, it was the worst student residence experience. There's a primary school within the complex; if you like the noise of children shouting all day, you'll get your fill.
