Absolutely avoid this place. I'm 18, a student, and I pay my rent every month, on time, without any problems. And yet, this residence sent me a bill for… elevator maintenance. Why? Because I had the misfortune of using it. It got stuck as I was passing by. Not broken, not vandalized, just… used. Like every day. Like all the residents. When I protested, I was met with chilling calmness: "But this is frequent and normal" (regarding the "fine"). The manager's tone finished me off: "When you break something, you pay for it." But what exactly did I break? The elevator was already malfunctioning the day before; a technician had even come out. It broke down, and the logic here is to make the last person who had the misfortune to use it pay. This kind of practice borders on the absurd, and above all, it speaks volumes about the management of this residence: bad faith, contempt, and a scapegoat mentality. It's easier to bill a student than to take responsibility for faulty maintenance. A residence that makes tenants pay for technical issues instead of fixing them? Avoid this place. Here, they're not providing housing, they're funding an absurdity.

They deducted 80 euros from the deposit to clean three white curtains, 100 euros for a stain on the mattress, and 50 euros for cleaning walls that were almost spotless. Please be extra careful about all of this if you stay there. Have a good day.

I'm very disappointed with the electric heating; on top of that, I was forced to pay exorbitant electricity bills. For five months, I endured the winter months in freezing cold, and despite my requests to resolve the issue, nothing was done. The worst part is that I lost my deposit. In any case, I regretted booking this establishment, especially since I had confidence in them based on my previous booking at another residence belonging to the same company... this is just my personal opinion...
