Room in Rue Claudius Pionchon, Lyon for 80 m² with 4 bedrooms, lyon

I have enjoyed living here these 3 months. The staff at the reception is so kind and helpful, they speak english as well which is great. The connectivity with metro D is great and I loved being near the river, Vieux Lyon, Bellecour, Part-Dieu... Good places around like Multivers bar. The only negative things I would point out is that the elevators are kind of scary and feel like they might fail at any moment but they haven't for me... And there have been times where either the elevator or the halls were dirty and not cleaned within the same day. So that could very much be improved, the overall sense of the place being clean and looking good. Now, I know people don't really like Guillotiere because there a lot of people from the middle east roaming the streets and selling cigarettes. Which I find a bit racist tbh. But honestly I have had no problem, theres police that hang around every few days to control the illegal selling but that's it. I've never felt unsafe, but of course I'm always careful to be on the main streets and just not being easy bait.

I newly moved in this month, and the reason why I decided at this residence is mainly the convenient location and professionalism the team had demonstrated on my first visit there. I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Nikita and Alexandra at the student residence. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Both were consistently available whenever assistance was needed and handled everything with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Their proficiency in English made communication easy and effective, especially for international students. It’s rare to find such dedicated and approachable staff in FRANCE, and their support has made a significant difference in my stay. Highly recommend their services to anyone!

I must say, the receptionists have been absolutely amazing. Whenever I've had any issues or questions, they are quick to resolve them and they always make sure that you are comfortable. Their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a smooth experience have really stood out to me. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

Workers are incredibly kind and helpful. Mme Nikita and Mme Alexandra are those who mainly work in the office, and they are always surprisingly kind and try to help students as much as they can. They are super friendly and they do really care about students and the residents. It's also located near market and station, so I can't see why there should be a reason to avoid this residence, and I don't get the negative comments on the review.

As an international student, I truly feel at home in this residence. The environment is welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. I’d especially like to thank Nikita for her kindness and helpfulness .
