Chambre 1 - LOUISE MICHEL, lille

Very impressed with the service from the moment of submitting an application. The residence administration/stuff are very friendly, especially Margaux, and communicate a lot about the move-in dates/procedures/etc. They even set up the CAF/APL form weeks before the move-in without me even asking, which is the best convenience/quality-of-life I have seen in any residence up till now.

Hello . Ive stayed here for more t'en a month. I recommend it 👌 As a professional musician i really enjoyed using the facilities especially the music room and gaming room . Administration so nice and friendly Very clean.

I am living in this residence for a while now and I am thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The living spaces are well-maintained and the environment is clean and peaceful. The management team is responsive, and the amenities provided ensure comfort and convenience for all residents. The neighborhood is safe and offers easy access to public transport.

I have been fighting to get my deposit back and even send letters to get the remaining they said they would pay but they have NOT(this is from February) UPTADE 24 OF JULY 2026: STILL HAVENT PAY ME BACK

I am so pleased by the services at the residence. Especially the nettoyage has been very useful to maintain the standards of the residence, and cleanliness in the rooms. The breakfast in the morning it’s very appreciated too!
