Chambre 2 - Belfort, lille

Top

I lived in this residence for four years and have fond memories of it. The accommodation is simple but clean, functional, and well-maintained. It seems a little empty at first, but once you've settled in, you feel right at home. The storage is generally very good, especially the large closet. However, I felt there was a bit of a lack of space in the kitchen area, and an extra piece of furniture would be helpful. I never had any problems with cockroaches, bedbugs, or anything else. The laundry room on the ground floor is also a real plus—convenient and inexpensive. What really makes the difference is Nadia. Every time I had a problem in the apartment, she was always responsive, and the issues were resolved quickly. Based on my experience and what I've heard about other CROUS residences in Belfort, I wholeheartedly recommend this one.

I highly recommend it! Having seen other residences in Belfort, this one ranks as the best in my opinion, given the renovated and logically laid-out apartments. Furthermore, the receptionist's assistance was invaluable on several occasions. The only downside I noticed is the lack of privacy, which can significantly impact heating bills in winter.

I lived at the Jean-Paul Sartre residence for two and a half years and have very fond memories of it. The residence is well-located and perfectly suited to students. A big thank you to Nadia, who is always available, welcoming, and very responsive. She answers requests quickly, and repairs are also handled efficiently. I highly recommend this residence to students.

Horrible. No one at reception: the woman who was supposed to work there is always absent, even though she lives there. Non-existent insulation, which means enormous electricity consumption while you're freezing. Don't be fooled.
