Apartment in Rue Daguerre, Clermont-Ferrand for 27 m², clermont-ferrand

I've really enjoyed my stay here for 3 months. The space is more than enough for one person, the quality of the furnitures is quite ok, and I found it extremely convenient for my case. There is a laundry room and they provide you with bed linen if necessary. During my short stay I didn't have any major issue. Room was clean when I arrived, everything was working properly and Alexandre, who is the housekeeper, is a super sweet and reliable person. He has always been available for anything needed during this time, with tons of kindness. I strongly recommend it (and I would repeat here if I come back to Clermont!).

I passed one year in this nice residence. The owner is super kind and very helpful. If you send him emails during the week days (weekend is off!) you would receive a quick answer. The apartment was spotless and well-organized. I could not use the public rooms a lot as they were closed during my stay (pandemic period!!!) so I have no idea about it. The laundry was open and worked well. The rent is a bit expensive, but it is worth if you are working at CHU like me! No transportation cost would benefit you. ;)

Warm welcome, excellent and attentive staff. Newly renovated and functional building, ideal for students!

The rent is too expensive and unjustified given the services offered. But above all, be very careful with the inventory check, as the deduction of the security deposit is unjustified, even though the apartment was cleaner than when I arrived and nothing was damaged. I regret renting in this residence, unfortunately. I do not recommend it. Avoid it.
