The administrative reception service is more than a little disappointing. The information provided is often inaccurate, even contradictory: one day you're told "green," the next "red," depending on who you speak to. On the phone, the feeling is unfortunately the same: you sometimes get the impression you're bothering them. Some people don't hesitate to say they're "busy" before hanging up. For students who need proper support and guidance, this is particularly regrettable. The most problematic aspect remains the lack of effort to find solutions: when a situation deviates from the norm, there doesn't seem to be any attempt to help or find an alternative. We'll see how the situation develops throughout the year, but an administrative reception area should first and foremost be a place for listening, information, and support. If someone isn't up to the task of handling this role with the public, it might be better to give the position to people who truly have a sense of service. The reason for this single star 🌟!

Courage to those who are going there, we are not together.
