My experience here was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming & well-organized. Jessica was amazing! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Awesome job!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the area and how close the property is to campus for her!.....it’s super convenient while still feeling comfortable and well-kept. The amenities are really nice and make the place feel modern and welcoming. Jessica was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and the staff overall was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I know my baby will be safe and taken care of!

Carrie gave me a tour and she was the best. She answered every question that I had and helped me any way I needed. She was very professional and caring. She listened to any concerns and didn’t just push them out of mind and stayed positive theoughout the whole experience. I went from cautious and unsure to going to confident about my choice with her help.

I recently toured University Edge Youngstown with a family member, and we had a great experience thanks to Jessica, the leasing consultant. She was extremely welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire tour feel comfortable and easy to understand. Her positive attitude and helpfulness really stood out. If you're thinking about living at University Edge Youngstown, I highly recommend taking a tour with Jess she is the best!

The management here is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. They assign you random roommates and then have zero regards for your safety, living conditions, and experience. Someone kicked in my door- it didn’t get fixed for over a week. Someone broke into a friends apartment with a gun TWICE. They didn’t even notify the tenants of the incident. He found out by his roommates. My roommate moved out, and I got a random. She set off the fire alarm smoking weed over 6x in 2 weeks. They changed the rules to fine each tenant $100 each occurrence, even with proof I was not there. I do not know this girl and I was responsible for paying her smoking fine?? Front door of the building broken my entire first year. They assured me it’d be fixed. My parents got involved too and nothing changed. The parking lots are full of people screaming each weekend and even with police and security they don’t leave. The safety here is a joke and everyone knows it. Over 30 break ins last year, no communication to tenants, break ins this year WITH WEAPONS, and doors you can pull open without keys. Regardless of what they say they will NOT fix their issues. Management will gaslight you and make you feel like an idiot for their mistakes. They changed the lock on my bedroom when I moved and never made a new key. They can’t keep track of anything and double leased a room in my current apartment. It’s a mess and a disgrace because they could’ve been good apartments. Management has changed 5x at least over the last 2 years I’ve been here and it’s always the same.
