Camera doppia in villa a Torino, turin

I found feces in several places in the bathrooms, including on the toilet bins and ceramic surfaces! Clearly, these areas had not been properly cleaned. There was also hair stuck all over the shower walls. Shockingly, we were charged a substantial initial fee supposedly for sanitization! The kitchen was so disgusting that I never used it. The study room was filthy, especially the desks. Although cleaning staff are present, their work seems limited to collecting garbage and spending literally five seconds sweeping each room. Proper cleaning appears nonexistent. Maintenance and privacy are equally unacceptable. Bathroom taps are broken or nonfunctional, yet the owner seems unwilling to spend even a penny on repairs. My room door was almost broken, with such a large gap near the lock that anyone outside could easily see into the room. Forget about studying or sleeping peacefully! The walls are so thin that you can hear every word spoken in neighboring rooms. Worse still, the owner seems incapable of establishing or enforcing basic rules to ensure a quiet environment for residents who need to study or rest. The photographs are completely misleading and far removed from reality. For the amount of money charged, the lack of hygiene, maintenance, privacy, and basic consideration for residents is simply outrageous. Do not waste your money here. Even much cheaper student dormitories offer far better living conditions.

I’ve been staying at SPH for a month, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. When I moved in, the room was filthy — full of ants, flies, and other bugs. The kitchen area was covered in grease and dirt. After I cleaned everything myself to make it livable, the bidet started leaking. I immediately reported it via WhatsApp, and they said they would come the next day — but they showed up five days later, only to say they didn’t have the gasket. Two days after that, they came again and said the whole bidet needs to be replaced. It’s still not fixed. The staff are completely unresponsive and careless. Do not make the mistake of coming here — I deeply regret choosing this place.

I spent a year in Turin in the Student Plus house at the Galleria San Federico. It was an incredible experience, the location is amazing and right in the centre of Turin. This is great for going out or visiting the city, plus the train stations are not far away. Another advantage is that everything you need to get settled in is provided: coffee machine, dishes, pans, washing machine, etc. And above all, the people at Student Plus House are very cool. I would recommend to rent an appartment !!

For 2 years I've stayed in this place, which became 2nd home to me. I've made a lot of friends over there. Personnel is amazing! Special thanks to Mikaela and Gianluca! Very cosy place! Perfect place for students and families alike! Missing SPH everyday!

Currently writing a comment at 2:57 am since i cannot sleep because i hear everything that my neighbors are doing. (Caughing, talking, taking a shower, plugging the charger into the wall…) That’s a pity I have an exam at 8. Representation of my night routine. Walls are paper. A nightmare. Thank you to the founder for not investing a single euro on the wall sound isolation. I regret my choice every day. And that is not the only negative thing i have to say about this place.
