Apartment in 12 Rue des Chantiers, 78000 Versailles, France, versailles

Nice sauna (Literally top floor apartment in the hottest days of summer was boiling hot and we weren't even supposed to the on the top floor so the hotel totally scammed us) No air-conditioning; just a tiny ventilator for like 45m2 Aside from that the place is fine, has basic amenities, shower with good pressure but a night of sleep at 30° indoors ruins it all. I hated every minute of it.

I sincerely like to thank the staff for helping us to make our stay unforgetable. We rented 3 appartments for 3 families including a person in a wheel chair. The staff selected the right rooms for us and have been helpfull all through the reservation process. Once again a big thank you!

Calm and peaceful stay with good ambience, connectivity through public transports and facilities. One of my best stays in France and the Manager of this place is so kind and helpful

The location is great — just a short walk from the Château. Unfortunately, our “Premium” apartment for 5 turned out to be more like a slightly larger studio. There were no separate rooms and space was limited. We managed, but it felt cramped. Of the sleeping options, only one bed was truly comfortable; the two convertible sofas were not only less comfortable but also squeaky. The bathroom was in poor condition — significant humidity, stains on the ceiling, and an unpleasant odor. The shower’s drainage was badly designed, leaving a permanent pool of water that never fully went away, meaning each shower began with standing in the previous water. While the area outside was quiet, inside was another story. The sound insulation between apartments was poor, so noise from neighbors carried easily. The team on site was friendly and helpful during our stay. Sadly, it ended on a bad note: we accidentally left our child’s toy behind. The staff messaged us about it, and we offered to pay for shipping, but after that they simply stopped replying.

This place is amazing, it was the best place we stayed in Europe so far. When we first arrived, having been rained on during our walk from the station, the staff member that met us gave me an expresso ❤️ The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were comfy and the apartment had everything, even a clothes airer! I would add stay here again in a heartbeat 👍
