Room in 8 Pl. de Bel Ebat, 78280 Guyancourt, France, guyancourt

I stayed in this accommodation for a while, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The rent of 800 euros per month for a very small space of just 19 square meters is absolutely unjustified. The location is far from central Paris, making it difficult and expensive to commute to the main areas. The internet was very poor, which affected my work and studies. Additionally, the washing machines were insufficient for basic needs, further contributing to the discomfort. Overall, I believe this accommodation is only worth about 500 euros per month. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable or reasonably priced housing.”

I've been living in a 17-square-meter studio apartment for three years now, and I'm thrilled with this residence! The price includes several amenities like water, electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, a gym, a study room, and more: for a residence in the Île-de-France region, it's not exorbitant in my opinion. The residence is very quiet, clean, and modern, and the staff is very friendly. They respond to the slightest problem. I feel really comfortable here.

Housing application for July 12th; apartments are listed on their website. We called her, and she repeatedly assured us it was all set. She deliberately put our application at the back of the queue... and now, three weeks after our application, we have a terrible apartment for August 27th. A scam or incompetent—avoid her!

The residence was nice, but they ripped us off on our departure with the deposit, deducting 200 euros for a piece of furniture that was slightly damaged downstairs. Apparently, this was the only item marked "on estimate" on the inventory.
