I loved living at Studea Ouest! Perfect little apartment for one person, great location (close to Bus L1, L14, and 45). Lots of bright light from window and very good hot water boiler. The common areas are very nice and clean. Apartment arrives very simple, so be prepared to buy some basic home furnishings (bed sheets, towels, toilet paper) and make the space personal :)

I recently moved in and my first impression is extremely positive. The location is truly ideal, right in the center and very well-connected with buses. Even though it's easy to get around by transport, I find that everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient for getting to my classes at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. The manager, Elizabeth Monnie, has been super nice and very helpful during the move-in process. The room itself is great, it has a smart layout that really optimizes the space, making it feel spacious and well-organized. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this residence to other students. It’s a comfortable and well-located place to live.

Location is great, close to the center and university; great for walking distance almost everywhere. The room was perfect for one person, very good lighting and well equipped. No disturbances either. And the staff very nice and friendly, especially the younger ones, who go out of their way to help you.

I do not recommend to go there. I am really disappointed with them, because I arrived with the whole apartment dirty which they didn't take care. I was there during three months and never existed any cleaning service that it is included in your bill. They didn't take care of the status of the apartment until you leave. At the end, they make you sign the "état de lieu" without any copy and with the paper totally empty, so it is free to them fill it after you signed and left, so you must pay attention, because in some months, you would have some surprise and you pay some stuff that you shouldn't pay.

I would not recommend this residence to anyone. The team of building manager doesn't care about what problems you are having with the residence. My friend's microwave was not working since the start and she has been asking the manager to change it but they did not and during the check out they asked her to pay for it. During the check in appointment they will do it superficially but during the check out they take a fine tooth comb to look for problems. Basically they will charge you for things that you did not do. It's better to stay away from here if you want to save yourself from worthless stress.
