La majorité des commentaires sont des bots ou des menteurs. Ça ne vaux PAS 4 étoiles du tout. C’est des escrocs, le loyer est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de vie ici. Moisissure, fuites d’eau, squatteurs qui agressent les habitants, viole collectif fait dans la salle commune, le gérant ne remplace pas les objets cassés, les laveuses sécheuses ne fonctionnent jamais, il y a des cafards, des punaises de lit et des asticots. La responsable ne réponds jamais aux emails. Le loyer fait que augmenter mais il n’y a pas de changement. A éviter

I've lived here for almost a year, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone. I hope to move out as soon as possible. We haven't had hot water for almost 30 days, and no date has been given for when it will be repaired. Here are 7 reasons not to live here: 1- One of the gates has been broken twice, including just now. 2- Strangers have already entered the building – there are no security cameras or any security personnel. 3- The dryer hasn't worked for several months. 4- The common areas are in poor condition. Most of the gym equipment is broken, as are the appliances in the communal kitchen. Nothing has been repaired since I moved in. 5- Some residents leave their trash outside their doors and shout at various times of the day and night. 6- It's a student residence, but you see families with children living there. 7- On top of all that, I had several problems in my own apartment, and the previous manager never responded to me. A new manager, Gaétan, had been in place for about a month—he was doing an excellent job! Now we learn that he's been fired… Just when someone was finally taking care of the residence.

A superb, quiet, and very well-managed student residence, thanks to the excellent Mr. Sylla. Since his arrival, many things have been resolved and repaired, including water leaks, maintenance of common areas, and, most importantly, improved security within the residence.
