Brand-new studio with private kitchenette, gym & garden – Saint-Denis, metro line, saint-denis

After living here for four years, I can say that the residence is very pleasant. It has some green spaces, a gym, a study room, and two elevators (although they can be a bit temperamental at times). The studio is also close to metro line 12 and the RER B, a 10-20 minute walk away, as well as the Stade de France! But despite being so close to the stadium, I can't hear a thing during noisy sporting events; it's very well soundproofed! I personally had a large balcony, which is a real bonus in a studio apartment. In terms of value for money, it's really good: with housing assistance, it cost me €375 per month, including water and electricity. And above all, there's an exceptional property manager, very attentive and available whenever needed. When I moved, he even lent me a trolley, which was very useful for moving my furniture! Thank you to him!

The residence is quiet, well-maintained, and ideally located, close to all amenities and especially the metro, which is incredibly convenient for everyday living. The apartment is well-finished, functional, and comfortable. The rent is also very reasonable, especially since electricity is included, making it easier to manage your budget. Special mention goes to the manager, who is truly outstanding: always attentive, available, and responsive to any issue. This is invaluable, especially when moving to a new city. I highly recommend this residence to students looking to settle in Paris, particularly for its location, its peaceful atmosphere, its value for money, and the quality of the support provided.

After four years in this residence, I highly recommend it: - for its excellent value for money. - the neighborhood, which is undergoing significant changes with the arrival of the 2024 Olympics, and the metro is only 300 meters away. - its practicality: laundry facilities, gym, and bicycle storage. Furthermore, the manager, Mr. Mikidadi, is very responsive and does his utmost to revitalize and maintain the residence for a comfortable living environment.

This residence is superb! I stayed there for three years during my studies. The residence is quiet, with good facilities such as a gym and a laundry room. The manager is always available to answer our questions and does everything possible to resolve any issues. I recommend this residence for students or young professionals.
