This residence is a complete nightmare! It starts with the insecurity: assaults, squatting, homeless people living in the stairwells, broken doors giving anyone free access. We simply no longer feel safe in our own homes. The elevators have been out of service for weeks, resulting in shoddy temporary solutions, which is unacceptable. The hygiene is just as alarming: the garbage rooms are constantly full, overflowing, dirty, and poorly maintained, with unbearable odors and rats everywhere. Despite numerous complaints, nothing changes. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism from those in charge is blatant. Such poor management is unworthy of a residence that is supposed to be well-maintained and secure.

The elevator has been broken for 2 months, there is no lighting in the stairwell, and the front door has been jammed for 2 years, creating a climate of total insecurity in the building (attempted burglary, squatters, etc.), even though it could be repaired in 10 minutes since it is just the floor that has swollen!

A terrible experience! Water damage occurred over 15 days ago and there has been no response whatsoever. The apartment is flooded, walls are broken, the ceiling is torn off, and it's freezing cold. I've sent numerous follow-up emails but received no reply. The only person I've spoken to on the phone is the building manager, Junior, who is doing his best but seems powerless to resolve the situation. I'm also receiving repeated rent reminders despite paying all my rent and sending proof of payment every month. Please take the necessary steps and get someone competent to take charge of this matter!
